Appointments are available in 30 minute slots. At your scheduled time, be prepared to take the call from your counselor. Note: the call will appear as ‘unknown number’. If you miss the call, you may be required to reschedule. After 30 minutes, your counselor will have to wrap up your session in order to be available for their next appointment.
